- 2 header plates, cut to size with all necessary holes and cutouts, plywood 12mm
- 2 side plates, plywood 12mm
- 1 top plate, plywood 6mm
- 2 pcs rectangular wood
- 2 receptacle plates for the 3 female connectors, 3D printed
- 2 drive.in nuts, M8
- 2 butterfly screws, M8
- 2 washers, M8
- 2 set of M4 screws, nuts washers for mounting the receptacle plates
- 6 banana jacks 4mm, 2 of each in the colour red, yellow and brown
- 3 two-way adaptors 4mm
