General information
The General Terms and Conditions of Business apply in the currently valid version to all our contracts and services.
With the order of products from our assortment these general terms and conditions of business (AGB) are considered as accepted.
Content
Despite careful checking, it is possible that images, product descriptions or prices on this website are incorrect. We cannot be held liable for this. However, if you order a product which, due to our mistake, differs greatly from the description on our website, you can return it without additional costs.
Contract
No minimum order quantity. All offers on this homepage are subject to change.
Orders are accepted via our online store.
The order is only valid when Lüssi GmbH confirms the order. A change of the order status to "in process", "payment received", or "shipped" means that the order is confirmed and valid.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of shipping and customs costs.

With the order the customer commits himself to payment and acceptance.
Terms of payment with advance invoice
When paying by advance invoice you commit yourself to accept the order and to pay within 14 days.
Delivery
Information about delivery dates and delivery periods are not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In no case do delays in delivery justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
According to the Swiss Code of Obligations, the goods must be collected. Therefore, the buyer bears the risk of a possible loss of goods during delivery or after delivery by the postal service. The parcels will only be sent insured by us on explicit request.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately after delivery for completeness and correctness and to notify Lüssi GmbH in writing of any damage, defects and complaints immediately after discovery, at the latest 7 days after delivery.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible at any time, but we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount of expenses from the refund if we have organized the goods especially for you.
Retention of title
Until the complete settlement of all existing claims against the customer, delivered goods remain the property of Lüssi GmbH.
Guarantee
The warranty period is equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty (usually 12 months). Further claims of the buyer are excluded, no matter on what legal grounds. The customer has to bear the costs for return shipments.
Place of jurisdiction
All obligations are subject to Swiss law.
Final provisions
Verbal agreements are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by Lüssi GmbH.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days. An appropriate contribution towards expenses will be deducted from the refund if the goods are not stock items. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The return is only possible if the goods are returned in perfect condition.
